This is the Scrooge McDuck as Mayor pin from the 2010 Hidden Mickey series at WDW. The set portrays Disney characters dressed as Main Street personalities of Scoop and Friends. Scrooge is standing, facing left. He is wearing black spats, a black coat and matching top hat. His right hand is touching his beak, and his left arm is stretched out holding a black cane. On his lapel is a red flower, and he is wearing a red, white and blue striped sash with the word MAYOR on it. This pin was only available by trading with a cast member.
