This is the Swan Boats pin from the Past Attractions collection of 2010 Hidden Mickey Pins at WDW. This pin commemorates the Plaza Swan Boats. When the Swan Boats were open, there used to be an entrance sign with two swan pictures (same artwork that's on the pin) on each side of the entrance. This pin will only be available by trading with a cast member.

There are reports of pins out there with a yellow background. It should be a pale pink.
