Characters in Flight is an actual balloon ride at Downtown Disney West Side. Adhering to strict regulations regarding the weather, you can ascend to 400' (feet) and gaze out over Walt Disney World and Parts of Orlando. The actual balloon has Disney's flying characters encircling it.
