This is a recognition pin given to cast members of The Walt Disney Travel Company in Anaheim for being a top performer for the month. "MAGIC Measures" is the term for Disney’s performance scale that the WDTC cast members are rated on:
M – Make the reservation
A – Add personal service
G – Great guest service
I – Inform & educate guest on services
C – Customize package
This pin is a reflection of Disneyland's majestic icon or "weenie", Sleeping Beauty's Castle.
On the marquee sign are the words "To All Who Come To This Happy Place" "Welcome" which is a direct quote from Walt Disney's opening day commemoration speech.
The pin is gold metal with a cross-hatch design on the back and one post. In a box on the back it reads:

This pin measures 1 and 5/8" tall by 1 and 3/4" wide.
While previously known pins in this set have echoed some of the 2006/2007 Cast Member Pins Of The Month in terms of artwork, this departs from that early trend, picturing Sleeping Beauty's Castle at the "Welcome" icon one sees as they first enter Main Street USA and look down it. In total there are 9 pins in the 2009 series
This pin has been confirmed as a Walt Disney Travel Company pin. It is awarded for different service measures within the department. There is a pin for each land, which would match with previous sets of these pins.
