This is a recognition pin given to cast members of The Walt Disney Travel Company in Anaheim for being a top performer for the month. "MAGIC Measures" is the term for Disney’s performance scale that the WDTC cast members are rated on:

A – Add personal service
G – Great guest service
I – Inform & educate guest on services
C – Customize package
This pin is a reflection of Main Street U.S.A. and features a prototypical cinema marquee reading "Main Street USA".
The pin is gold metal with a cross-hatch design on the back and one post. In a box on the back it reads:
