This is a recognition pin given to cast members of The Walt Disney Travel Company in Anaheim for being a top performer for the month. "MAGIC Measures" is the term for Disney’s performance scale that the WDTC cast members are rated on:
M – Make the reservation
A – Add personal service
G – Great guest service
I – Inform & educate guest on services
C – Customize package
This pin is a reflection of Disneyland's Fantasyland and features the Matterhorn along with the clock face from the Small World attraction.
The pin is gold metal with a cross-hatch design on the back and one post. In a box on the back it reads:

Like several of the pins in this set, the artwork from this pin is reminiscent of the November 2006 Cast Member Pin of the Month (51446). In total there are 9 pins in the 2009 series
