This is a recognition pin given to cast members of The Walt Disney Travel Company in Anaheim for being a top performer for the month. "MAGIC Measures" is the term for Disney’s performance scale that the WDTC cast members are rated on:
M – Make the reservation
A – Add personal service
G – Great guest service
I – Inform & educate guest on services
C – Customize package
This pin is a reflection of Disneyland's Tomorrowland with the Rocket To The Moon,the droid pilot of Star Tours, REX, and Space Mountain represented.
The pin is gold metal with a cross-hatch design on the back and one post. In a box on the back it reads:

This pin measures 1 and 5/8" tall by 1 and 3/4" wide.
Like several of the pins in this set, the artwork from this pin is reminiscent of the June 2007 Cast Member Pin of the Month (54956), although not as strong a direct resemblance as several of the others. In total there are 9 pins in the 2009 series
This pin has been confirmed as a Walt Disney Travel Company pin. It is awarded for different service measures within the department. There is a pin for each land, which would match with previous sets of these pins.
