This pin is a reflection of Disneyland's Adventureland with Tarzan's Treehouse, a temple dome from Indiana Jones, and a tiki god Pele from the Enchanted Tiki Room Garden which are pictured.
The pin is gold metal with a cross-hatch design on the back and one post. In a box on the back it reads:

Like several of the pins in this set, the artwork from this pin is reminiscent of the January 2007 Cast Member Pin of the Month (52082) In total there are 9 pins in the 2009 series
This pin has been confirmed as a Walt Disney Travel Company pin. It is awarded for different service measures within the department. There is a pin for each land, which would match with previous sets of these pins.
The tiki god is Pele from the Enchanted Tiki Room Garden.
