The central picture is not cloisonne, but the rest of the pin is. The whole face of the pin is coated in epoxy.
The red areas are glitter/sparkle. The pink areas are pearlized.
It has been confirmed by Disney that these pins were never released and as such they are unauthorized for trading on Pinpics.
