This is the Reporter Mickey Mouse pin only from set #76468. Reporter Mickey Mouse stands by the flagpole at Town Square in this limited edition sculpt, but in a black and white format rather than full color.

 

This pin has a pivoted movement piece in which the lower white half of the flag pole swings up and down. Mickey's microphone cord is black corded material.
