This is one of seven pins from the "Have a Laugh" framed set, featuring Disney characters as they appeared in several classic, animated shorts. This pin highlights the animated short "Mickey's Garden" and includes Mickey Mouse sitting in a pumpkin (pin-on-pin element). Mickey's head with the pumpkin top on it slides up and down, so it looks like Mickey is popping out of the pumpkin.
