This is an older glossy-enamel pin of Mickey Mouse's head / face. Mickey is smiling with his mouth open, red tongue showing.
Back of pin features gold waffle-style texture and has a box that reads:

MADE IN TAIWAN
Pin is 1" tall and 1" wide. Has 1 pin post.
Similar in design to pins #601, #6412, #14808, but has very different facial features and a different backstamp than the rest.
