Tigger is happy because he is the only one in this Open Edition pin. He seems to be jumping for joy. Both arms are stretched out to his sides. He has a big open-mouthed smile and his head is tilted to the left. This pin is similar to #45623, but this pin has Tigger's whiskers separate from his body and each other.
