This is the Cute (Cutie) Character Head/Face Pluto pin from a seven mini-pin set. Pluto is wearing a green dog collar and has a white bone in his mouth. This mini-pin is 1" tall and 13/16" wide. **Similar to pin #40955, but has a couple differences:
- This pin features a black border around Pluto's entire face and dog collar. Pin #40955 has no such border.
