This is the 3th 2010 refresh lanyard pin from DLRP, number 11. It's " Donald " from " Three Caballeros" as a mexican.
He wears a sombrero yellow with red and blue designs and the hidden "nametag logo" from DLRP is on it.
He has a scarf as a poncho yellow and red and plays maracas blue, yellow and red.
It's a Cocktail pin and given out on the Pin Trading Night from 03-26-2010 at "Hotel Santa Fe".
