Many people have described this as the Manager's Champion Pin Trading Pin. According to the information I received from a Supertrader, this pin is not a management pin, it is the pinnacle of the Champion Pin Trading series of pins. It is awarded to the best of the best of the Cast Members whose actions and performance continually exceed expectations in the area of pin trading. Like the other 4 that have come out, the design is identical along with the use of Mickey Mouse. As you can see, this pin has its own unique color scheme. Mickey is inside of a white oval with a gold ribbon.
This pin was given out at Mickeys Retreat (WDW Cast Member park setting) near the end of 2000 when the Pin Trader Champion program was introduced. This pin was given to the cast members who were involved on the 'Pin" team and made decisions about the event and pin trading.
