Pin is exclusive to Security & Emergency Department Cast Members at the Disneyland Resort. As far as I can tell, it is similar to the mini fire and security badge pins of the past, and as such is available for purchase by department members for use as a tie-tack, or lapel pin.
The logo on this pin isn't but maybe 2 or 3 years old. This pin was released 3/2010. The pin that is not stamped "Disney" on the back were made for security managers only. . The pin is approximately 1" all the way around.
