Pin is used to award Cast Members who work within the call centers for the Disney Catalog and Disney Catalog On-line. In order to be awarded this cute Mickey Mouse pin one must have performed an operational "good deed". A guest would have to call or write to your supervisor (called coaches) and commend your service to them when they called in. These were not easy to get. A certificate also went with the pin.
