This is the Lanyard ONLY from Pixar Cars Starter Set #68493. Released at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort.

 

The lanyard is red and features tire tread marks in a darker red color. A hard plastic card is attached at the bottom of the lanyard and features Lightning McQueen and Mater.
