Front Description
The designer of this pin clearly loved the White Rabbit character from AiW, for the images of White Rabbit are very accurate. The White Rabbit is shown dressed in his court attire. He pose suggests that he is in a free fall, for his arms and legs and ears are extended and he has a surprised look on his face. His huge gold pocket watch is in his right paw. Behind the White Rabbit is a panel showing line sketches of his face.
The background panel of this pin is two-toned, split on the diagonal. And in each section of the background there are sketches of White Rabbit's face in different sizes, each facing in a different direction, drawn in the color of the opposite background tone.
The muted tones of the background colors gives the impression that the center White Rabbit figure featured in front is actually a 3D element, but this is not the case. The center Caterpillar figure is just in front of the background, but the richer more vibrant colors of this center figure gives the illusion that there is some space between the back of the character and the background.
