This is actually a frame. There are 2 pins inside, one is pin nr 33103: DLRP - Witch (Water), the other one is a prototype of the same pin with a different background colour. The frame could be won at the "3 years of Pin Trading Event", held at DLRP Hotel New York on Oktober 16th, 2004. There was a raffle and the frame was one of the prizes to be won.
