He is wearing a green undershirt and a red jacket, along with a cowboy hat. In his right hand he is pointing the camera at himself, and with his left hand he flashes the "peace sign", which has become (apparently) a common Japanese practice, especially among youth. The pin is in the form of a postage stamp, though in such a way that Donald appears to be standing in front of the stamp.
