From the end of 2009 to early 2010, this pin was one of several possible gifts that were given to Disney hotel guests who have a Disney JCB card. This pin is a limited edition of Tinker Bell only.

It comes on a special card that says limited edition on the bottom, but the top of the card has a little Mickey figure on it, and next to it are the words Disney Card Club.
