Donald stands facing right; his right hand is behind his back and his left hand is held above his head, holding a red and orange birthday hat. He is dressed in his sailor uniform, but also wears a reat and blue birthday hat with yellow star top. He has a big open-mouth smile. The metal is gold-color.
The pin measures 7/8" (22 mm) wide by 1 1/2" (38 mm) tall.
