Front Description
This pin was apparently given to participants in the Captial District Physicians Health Plan (CD PHP) Youth and Family fitness program. CD PHP is an HMO plan available in the Capital region of the state of New York.
The gold metal pin is rectangular with rounded corners. It is predominantly purple-blue. At left is a silhouette of a tennis player about to hit a ball; the player is in orange. Above them is the DC PHP logo (green and white). The radio Disney logo (with a Mickey head icon silhouette) is in the upper right corner. Below that, in light green, is "MOVE IT!" At bottom is a white and gold tennis court net, with a leaf in gold above it at right.
The pin measures 1 1/4" (33 mm) wide by 1" (25 mm) tall. There is no backstamp.
