It is a baumkuchen, a traditional Japanese pastry (of German origin) cut in the shape of the classic Mickey icon, though it is truly meant to represent Minnie Mouse. Actually, the Minnie head is the baumkuchen, and the ears appear to be waffles. On top of the head is Minnie's hat.
