Horace's hands are on either side of Japer's head, and Horace is looking over his shoulder to the right in the same direction Jasper is looking. Both look to be terrified.
Both are wearing the same, the only outfits we ever see them in, shoes, socks, long pants, shirt, jacket, and cap, in various shades of brown and green.
