Front Description
One of 20 DISNEYLAND PRESS PASS mystery pins released in March 2020 to commemorate the 55th anniversary of Disneyland. Each box contained two random pins. Each round pin was designed to resemble the Press Passes handed out on opening day at the park. This time, though, they feature the face and name of a different Disney character(s). Each star-filled background is a different color. Below the name, it says "Disneyland Press Pass". Size of edition varies from pin to pin. Pretty easy peasy so far, right?
Here's where it becomes convoluted. There were 10 character designs. Each character (same design) was featured on one colored pin and on one black-and-white pin (aka Chasers). The colored pins are black metal, while the chasers are silver. Unfortunately, the backstamp is the same on both versions. Thus, the edition size is only correct when both versions are added together. Fortunately for us, Stephen Miller (the head of Disney Pin Trading at the time) revealed that the chasers were each an LE55, in honor of Disneyland's 55th anniversary. So, you must use LE55 for each black-and-white version and then subtract 55 from the number on the back of the pin for the edition-size of the colored version.
This chaser pin features the THREE LITTLE PIGS (Fiddler, Fifer, and Practical) on a black-and-white pin.
