Heard this pin was given to limited people. It is a huge Donald Duck head with a basket on the bottom. Similar to the one released at WDW in August 2000 but the Donald head is larger in proportion to the basket.
This is the balloon pin given out by the Disney pilots (to press, VIPs, crew, and a few fortunate folks). The balloon was called Zippa Dee Doo Duck. It was part of the Disney balloon fleet (Castle in the Sky, EarForce One, Party Mickey) in the early 1990s.
