Cruella De Vil is shown from the chest up, facing forward, smiling in a somewhat languid manner. She is wearing her trademark yellow fur coat, red cloves, and turquiose ring. She seems to be looking out a window. Most of the window has a frame around it, the bottom of the window has a plaque that has written on it "Disneyland Halloween Time". Around the top of each frame is the phrase "Wicked Fun For Every one!".

Two posts, aligned vertically along the center back of the pin. Top post is 0.375 inches down from the top of the pin, bottom post is 0.125 inches up from the bottom of the pin. Only the top post has nubs on either side of it.
