To the best of my knowledge, this is one of several pins made for the opening of the Ambassador Hotel featuring the restaurants of the Ambassador Hotel. The pin is a colorful Art Deco inspired abstract painting with a not-so-hidden Mickey and says "Chef Mickey" across the bottom.
