The pin was delivered in a box that read DO NOT OPEN UNTIL THE TOM STAGGS WEBCAST. When opened, there is a card on the inside lid. The card on the lid reads YOU CAN DREAM CREATE AND BUILD BUT IT REQUIRES PEOPLE TO MAKE THE DREAM A REALITY. WALT DISNEY. The card has a black and white photo of Walt looking up. The card background is a watermark of Disneyland Resort. 
 

Inside the cardboard box was a white gift box with a black bow. Inside the gift box was a black velvet presentation box that holds the pin. 
 

This pin was presented to Disneyland executives in California as part of a presentation for a new Cast Member recognition program. 
 

The rectangle, pewter pin has an image of Walt Disney on the top and DREAM, CREATE, INSPIRE on the bottom.
