Mickey is in a yellow circle in the middle of the pin and a banner under him reads 5th Anniversary . On the bottom of the pin it reads January 11 , 1998 .

 

Pin measures 1 1/4" (32 mm) wide by 1 1/8" (30 mm) tall.
