Issued to Disneyland Cast Members who participated in the "WDI Designer's Workshop" held at the park in 1998. A rekindling of the "Sorcerer's Apprentice" program, the workshop offered Cast Members an internship at WDI, if selected. Only 30 are known to have been produced. The name tag is blue with opalescent oval and stars. Lettering is white.
