These pins were presented by employees of the Walt Disney Studios to other employees - per the backer cards on this set of 2 pins:
The top card reads "You've been caught in a Magical Moment! We hope this pin will serve as a reminder of your Disney spirit!"
The bottom card reads "Now you can spread the magic by giving this employee exclusive pin to another Disney employee that you catch in a "Magical Moment.""
On the back of the white backer cards are images of the balloons on the pin and the phrase "Brought to you by Disney Employee Events & Services" (c) Disney China.
Each pin in the set is a group of three Mickey-head-shaped balloons - one red, one blue and one yellow - and at the bottom of the pin it says "Magical Moments".
