This pin is a trivia game prize at the free DVC "Welcome Home Wednesdays" events held at Walt Disney World's Boardwalk Resort at the Atlantic Dance Hall. Only DVC members are allowed to attend. At the weekly event, Deevy See herself hosts a trivia game in which a select number of these pins are given to the contestants.
