I suspect that this is a knock off of the Mickey insert for Pin 56808: WDW - Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa (Mickey Mouse). Can't confirm though.

 

The pin is 1.25" (3cm) high and has a pebble finish on the back. The ODPT 2009 logo and ©Disney is also on the back.
