Mickey's of Glendale at WDI has released the Mickey's of Glendale has released another in its exclusive ongoing pin series utilizing the sorcerer hat (a symbol for Walt Disney Imagineering) as a blank canvas for creative and unique designs based on Disney parks icons and colors inspired pin designs found in the Disney Parks.
This pin is the tenth collection released by WDI in the Sorcerer Hats Mystery Pin Collection, and the Second in the "Holidays" series, and was released at a special MOG D23 event. Each D23 attendee was allowed to purchase 5 boxes, while Cast Members were allowed to purchase 10 boxes.
The design artist of this pin and creator of the WDI Sorcerer Hats series is Danny Handke.
Each pin in the collection is sealed in a black plastic bag and sold in a blind box.
This pin features Mickey Mouse dressed as Santa Claus. Mickey's face without his ears is not only wearing a santa hat on his head, but also a Santa suit down to his black belted waist, which covers the rim of the Sorcerer hat pin. The belt buckle is yellow and the pin is outlined in gold.
