Front Description
A larger plastic pin, this is part of a series of pins released in the 1980s by Monogram Products for Disney, celebrating Mickey next to various letters.
Mickey (left facing right) is dressed in his traditional outfit. His right hand is on his hip, in a fist, with his left hand extended to the right and by his head in a friendly wave of greeting. Beside him is a letter F. The initial is in a turquoise blue with slight black border. The plastic used is white; it has a tendency to dull or grow yellowish over time.
The pin itself measures 1 3/4" wide (44 mm) by 1 7/8" (48 mm) tall.
The back of the pin has a simplified brooch-style straight back pinback glued to the pin (a norm for Monogram pins back then). The backstamp is, "© THE WALT DISNEY COMPANY, MFG BY, MONOGRAM PRODUCTS, INC., LARGO, FLORIDA 34643, MADE IN ST. LUCIA.
