This is a two pin set with both Mickey and Minnie's head in the shape of pumpkins.
Mickey is black and smiling with one tooth missing. He is wearing a top hat and has a pair of glasses on the hat. His eyes and nose are red. His ears are swirls.
Minnie is purple and is wearing a witches hat and the same pair of glasses as Mickey. Her ears are also swirls, she is smiling but she has fangs, Her eyes nose and mouth are red.
