This pin and pin 81841 are from a starter set.
The pin is shaped like a Mickey Mouse head with two penants coming out of the bottoms. In the center of the head is Donald Duck wearing a chef's hat, on a red glitter background. In the top left ear is a clock set to 9 o'clock. In the top right ear is a yellow "X" on a navy background, and "Donald" written in red script. The two banners at the bottom are red/white/green glitter stripes on the left, and green/white/red glitter stripes on the right.
