This is a Pressed Pennies pin, part of WDI's mystery pin series.
Copper colored, the face of the pin has the word DISNEYLAND at the top and, underneath, features the "It's A Small World" attraction with a Santa's Hat on the main face.
It has a single pin-stud on the back with Sorcerer Hat stamping on the back.
