Front Description
This 2011 quarterly series highlights some of the most popular attractions at Walt Disney World® Resort. Each pin includes a character on a clear slider which can be moved off of the background, much like an animation cel. This pin features Sorcerer Mickey at the Mickey's PhilharMagic Attraction at Magic Kingdom® Park. Disney Design Group Artist Alex Maher created the original artwork for this pin.
The background features characters found inside the attraction such as the Fantasia Brooms, The Lion King's Simba and giraffes, The Little Mermaid's Ariel and Flounder, Peter Pan, and Tinker Bell. Also seen on the pin are the Philharmagic orchestra musical instruments - violins, cellos, trumpets, and tubas. On the left of the pin is part of Cinderella's castle in gold scultped metal.
