This pin is very similar to Pin 43582: Napier - Goofy with Jeweled Question Mark but more colorful.
Goofy has a big smile on his face. He is holding his hat over his head in his right hand. White shirt, blue jacket, red tongue and black pants, shoes, nose, eyes and ears. He is intertwined in a large question mark covered in green jewels.
3-dimensional, thick heavy gold metal pin. 2 posts on the back. No Disney markings on the back. 1 and 3/4" wide by 1 and 5/8" tall.
