The Champion Pin Trading Pins are Cast Member exclusive pins awarded to those employees that go above and beyond in fostering the spirit of pin trading at the Walt Disney World Resort. This is the 4th in the quarterly series. Each pin has an identical design, but the color scheme and edition sizes vary. All Champion pins feature Mickey Mouse as the central character. Disneyland also has a comparable series of pins awarded to their employees themed after the various clock faces that appear within the west coast theme parks.
