Front Description
This pin/badge is worn by Tour Guides at the Disneyland Park in Japan.
The color variations represent the different tours at that park, all with the same image and wording on front.
The wording on front reads, "Through Disney Dreams and Magic" and features the image of the Partners statue as it appears in the hub at Tokyo Disneyland with their version of Cinderella's Castle in the background.
There are many color variations of this pin: Blue, Red, Green, Yellow, and Purple.
