Front Description
This is a special award pin given to cast members who achieve a certain amount of time (about 250 days) with no reported accidents.
This pin features the "Safe D Begins With Me" logo on an oval pin format. The background is pastel yellow. The word "Safe" in blue letters is left center with a large Disney-styled "D" to its right, also in blue. Below the word safe in silver framed light blue letters are the words "Begins with," and to the right of that is a larger word "Me" in black letters.
Note: This pin is not the same as #81797, which is similar, and it is not a part of that 10 pin mystery collection sold to cast members at their Team Stores. This pin is given to cast members as a special achievement award. The big difference between these two pins is that "S" and the "D" of "Safe D" overlap into a white border on #81797, while this pin (#82699) does not have the white border nor the black crescent shapes on the left and right on the edge of its oval.
The back of the pin has a single post on a silver Mickey icon waffle pattern with the Official 2010 Disney Pin Trading logo,(c)Disney, MADE IN CHINA.
The pin measures approx. 1 1/2" x 3/4"
