Pin features Tow Mater dressed up as a Hitchhiking Ghost on the vintage New Orleans Square Haunted Mansion attraction poster. Mater is wearing a tophat and is holding Phineas' travelers bag with his tow hook. His front right tire is bulged out to appear as though he is hitchhiking.

 

Poster reads: "They've been dying to meet you at the Haunted Mansion". And "In horrifying sight and sound! New Orleans Square".
