This Cast Member Exclusive pin celebrates the Cast Member's job of being a part of the Magic at the Disney Parks.

Inside the oval is Mickey Mouse, pictured waist up, dressed in his Sorcerer's Apprentice costume of red robe and blue and white hat. His white gloved right hand and arm are visible positioned across his chest, while his left arm extends upward into the oval in a gesture that appears as if he is sending magical sparks from his hand toward a Disney Park castle in the background.
The sparks are a yellow-green, the castle is blue with red flags on its turrets. Above Mickey's hat are the words "Disney Parks" in silver letters on a white background. The background behind Mickey and the castle is a sparkle effect blue.
The banner under Mickey is blue with silver letters. The letters read "lieve the Magic." The upper left corner of the banner has a 3D effect moveable slider with three yellow stars on a silver background with the word "BE" in blue letters on it. The effect of the slider is as follows: when you move it to the left, the banner says, "Believe the Magic," and when you move the slider to the right it says, "BE the Magic."
Back Description
The back of the pin is a silver Mickey icon waffle pattern with one pin post at the top. Below which, from the left, is the Official 2010 Pin Trading logo. To the right of that are two boxes, one on top of the other. On top it has "(c)DISNEY CHINA," and below is has "CAST EXCLUSIVE."
