The pins measure approximately 1.5" tall by 1.5" wide.

 

From left to right, the box shows B.E.N. (Treasure Planet) Carl (Meet the Robinsons), R2-MK, Rex (Star Tours), Aly San San (Star Tours), E.V.E. (Wall-E), Wall-E, Maximilian (The Black Hole), and V.I.N.Cent (The Black Hole).
